White Widow first appeared in Holland at the beginning of the 1990’s and quickly became a hit in all the coffee shops and not long after, around the World.
White Widow is a potent cross of a Brazilian and an Indian sativa.
Its name stems from its immense crystal production that makes it shine and glimmer. Its buds are white with crystal resin as the name would suggest, warning you of the strong effects to come. A powerful burst of euphoria and energy breaks through nearly instantly, stimulating both conversation and creativity. For this reason we highly suggest the use of White Widow for social engagements.
White Widow can be grown both indoors and outdoors. It will finish indoors in around 8 weeks and outdoors in late October.
This is a great strain for wannabe breeders. It is an easy to grow strain with a very strong sativa effect.

This was my first time mainlining. It was a long veg, two months. But oh man did it pay off. I had colas that could hide my forearm behind their sheer size, god I wish I could upload pictures. I had my friends gasping at the finished product, because the nugs, even after a full cure, were some of the biggest I've ever had. Their bag appeal was 5 stars. Orange pistols curling off densely stacked buds with a glistening dew of trichomes practically begging you to roll it up. The smell coming from my jars after a full cure literally made me laugh every time I opened them. The yield? 5.25 ounces!!! Grown indoors, hydroponically. I believe this has to be one of canuks best strains.
So my white widow came as a free seed with a 3 pack of bubba kush. I planted all 4 seeds and all 4 sprouted in 3 days. Now at day 25 and I can safely say that two of the bubba kush are sativa dominant with perfect looking sativa leaves with the third bubba kush being heavily indica dominant with picture perfect indica leaves. The white widow that I received for free is also Indica dominant, with some of the fattest leaves I've ever seen a plant grow, with nice round tips and just an overall beautiful perfect example of a pure indica plant, which is weird because at first I figured it was a 60/40 indica leaning hybrid but with the way she looks, id say shes a pure Indica pheno. Definitely going to cut clones of it because most white widows around are Sativa, and I like a nice stoney Indica. I will definitely give an update at the end of the season when shes finished, and let anyone who is interested know just how good my Indica phenotype of white widow turns out.
