We use overseas banks through our processing company: Payofix. You will receive an email from Payofix with your transaction status (IE: Approved or declined) and transaction reference ID - which is how the charge will appear on your credit card statement.
You will be charged in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Due to currency conversions the amount on your statement might be slightly different than the amount that you see on the screen. Our website defaults to USD and calculates currency conversions at the time of order.

Sales tax is applicable for Canadian orders only. The tax rate depends on the province. All orders outside of Canada are tax free. Certificate of Indian Status holders can upload an image of their card for tax exemption. Email to email@example.com using your Canuk Seeds registered account email address.
Yes, we ship our products worldwide.
All seeds are shipped discreetly, in plain envelopes/packages with no indication of the content. For high value orders, every CA$500 worth of seeds will be sent in separate packages.
Depending on your location, you should receive your parcel within 3 to 25 business days.
