To ensure the quickest possible delivery, your order will be shipped discreetly from our Shipping Center in Canada.
We deliver our cannabis seeds WORLDWIDE, however, we strongly advise you check regulations regarding marijuana seeds in your country prior to ordering, as we will not be held responsible for any legal problems resulting from your purchase.
Delivery times will vary depending on your location and are subject to service disruptions that are beyond our control (for example carrier warehouse closures, new customs policies, etc). Please review Order Tracking regarding tracking of your order.
Canada - Orders should arrive within 3 - 14 business days. Cost: CA$20 per order. FREE DELIVERY for all Canadian orders above CA$420!
USA - Orders should arrive within 5 - 14 business days. Cost: CA$19 per order. FREE DELIVERY for all USA orders above CA$420!
Europe - Please allow 3 - 14 business days for delivery. Cost: CA$35 per order.
Australia & New Zealand - SERVICE UNAVAILABLE
Africa - Please allow 7 - 21 business days for delivery. Cost CA$180 per order.
Rest of The World - Please allow up to 25 business days for delivery. Cost: CA$70 per order.
All orders are fully trackable. Signature on delivery is not required.
After your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number with your Shipping Confirmation e-mail. Click the tracking number to track your parcel at www.canadapost.com.
If you are ordering from the USA you can use the tracking number to track your parcel at www.usps.com after it enters the USA.
The Delivery Insurance option is available for customers from Canada and USA only.
To guarantee your complete satisfaction with our services, you have the option to purchase Delivery Insurance.
If your package is confirmed as NOT DELIVERED via carrier online tracking, we will either resend your order free of charge OR refund your order via store credit.
Delivery Insurance is NON REFUNDABLE.
Delivery Insurance is void if an incorrect name/address is entered for shipping details.
Only one reshipment or store credit per order.
You must provide us with photographic proof that your order has been intercepted. (Any documentation received with your package). Please contact us once your package has been delivered and our support team will provide you with the next steps.
If you do not provide this information, then we will not be able to reship / store credit your order.
We will not be held responsible for parcels without delivery insurance.
Customers from other regions order at their own risk. We cannot be held responsible for packages missing in the post.
All of our seeds are sent in their original breeders packaging, unless you request their removal. We also reserve the right to remove the seeds from original packaging to ensure a safe delivery.
All products are wrapped up in bubble wrap or other protective material and packed in bubble wrap envelopes. This ensures that they arrive with you protected and in perfect condition.
Envelopes have only your address details, a stamp and the bar code label for tracking. We do not write what the actual contents are or put our company name on the envelope.
For Extra Safe stealth shipping we strongly recommend adding a T-shirt, mug, other accessories and/or REMOVAL from breeders packaging products to your order. Options are available in the shopping cart and checkout. Purchasing one of these products is strongly recommended for North America and Australia.
Please note: We reserve the right to exchange your selected Extra Safe Shipping items for others to ensure the quickest and safest possible delivery of your package.
Please note that Stealth or Removal from breeders packaging does NOT guarantee delivery, for added protection please be sure to add Guaranteed Delivery Insurance with your order.
If you do not receive your goods within the estimated times listed above, please contact your local postal service with your tracking number, as they may be holding your package.
Once you have done so without success, please contact us, we will make inquiries to try and track down your parcel with the relevant postal service. If we are unsuccessful, unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for the mail service and your investigation will need to be taken up with them.
Should you not be at home when a delivery is attempted, your postal service will leave a slip through your door and your package will be returned to your closest main post office, waiting for collection. If you do not collect your parcel it will be returned to nowhere and it will be lost! So please make sure you purchase shipping insurance and we will then contact you to confirm that your address details are correct so that we can reship.
